Remington Model 95 Double

Remington Model 95 Double "Derringer"
.41 rimfire

This is the quintessential palm pistol of its time, manufactured from 1866 until 1935 with very few changes in design. It was one of many pocket pistols referred to as a Derringer, which was the name given to any small pistol after Henry Deringers "Philadelphia Deringer" muzzle-loading single shot pistol became well known.

It has been long associated with old West gamblers or gentlemen and ladies for whom a gunbelt was not practical.

It is currently in production in calibres ranging through .22 long rifle, .25 ACP, .38 Special and .45 Long Colt
