Ruger Mk1

Ruger Mk1
.22 Long Rifle

In 1949, recognising the need for a cheap sporting pistol for the general public, Sturm and Ruger formed a company to produce a simple design based on the Japanese Nambu pistol.

It was produced with a variety of different barrel lengths and was very popular. The mark II version is still in production today.
